Founder & Managing Partner, The Resize Guys

Michael Brady is the founder and managing partner of The Resize Guys, a specialized content production agency built to help brands, agencies, and media teams execute campaigns with speed, precision, and consistency. With more than 20 years of experience leading high-volume advertising production studios in the San Francisco Bay Area, Michael has supported major agencies and national brands across print, digital, social, and out-of-home media.

Before launching The Resize Guys, Michael managed production environments for respected names including Goldberg Moser O’Neill, Hill Holliday, Butler Shine & Stern, Chiat\Day, Cutwater, and Young & Rubicam. That background gave him deep experience in designing, staffing, and leading high-volume post-creative production studios supporting major agencies and brands.

Today, Michael leads a media production agency focused on scalable asset execution for modern campaigns. Under his leadership, The Resize Guys supports complex multi-channel launches involving digital marketing campaigns, out of home ads, social media assets, packaging, print collateral, and versioned creative across markets and formats.

Michael is known for building systems and teams that make production easier for clients. His approach centers on rigorous quality control, efficient workflows, and clear communication. Whether a client needs hundreds of resized digital ads, a polished branding package, accurate typesetting, or files for a highway billboard, Michael’s priority is simple: get it right, get it out on time, and make the process easy.

He also brings strong expertise in complex versioning, helping teams manage multiple sizes, languages, formats, and placements without sacrificing consistency. That includes campaigns spanning digital out of home advertising, bus wraps, transit ad placements, led billboard creative, print campaigns, and large digital rollouts.

Michael believes great production work is often invisible. When every asset launches correctly, every format fits, and every deadline is met, the production has done its job. He sees precision and consistency as just as important as creativity when campaigns move from concept to market.
